Ah..I see. Sort of. Obviously that one looses something in translation. Sorry about the beret, I thought it was a comb-over.

No need to be worry;
but i start wondering if i made a good choice in self-irony and humor.

It might be better as a sig banner than an avatar. The avatar is sooo small...you really can't see much of anything.

Yes to an extremely good looking (and somewhat rich) woman. Hence my warning.You don't want to screw something like that up!

He can hardly do that while he's at the ice rink with his laptop.....could he?

Don't understand this one, sorry.

Sorry. I was making fun of the idea that in the US Jerry is considered to be very...umm....unique in his comedy style.

Nope. You couldn't be a commentator. You got to be either already famous , or a good looking blond. Sorry Yuri old friend, but.....

So you think Doocy and Glen beck are good looking? Nice to know.

No , but Beck fell into the other catagory. He was quite famous for his radio show and as a DJ before that. Doocy has been with Fox since they started. He is blond, and probably some high mucky muck's kid brother or nephew.

No the officers had minor wounds (I'm sure they had very good body armor). And in addition to them there was a officer "backing them up". An awful lot of those guys carry MP-5's,M-16's or m-4's.

The phrase I remember was to the gist that the perp and 2 officers suffered gunshot wounds and that all 3 were transported to the hospital where all 3 were in stable condition, the perp being the worst-off of the 3.

Hows this for Eric's avatar (provided someone can shrink it down)?

You might want to check out some of the news sites. I'm not going to argue with you. Here's just one. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/03/05/AR2010030500957.html

To quote a revered TV doctor. He's dead Jim. And to paraphrase a British pet store salesman, "and he's not pining for the Fijords".

I don't pretend. Mynok helped me out with my avatar. And Dixie set up my sig-line. Then spent two days of trying to talk me through putting it up. And Yuri helped me re-install it. There are a lot of very kind people who hang out here. Ask and I'm sure that they'll help.
