Alrighty then.....peas, shallots, radishes and spinach in the raised beds. And should get a nice rain overnight.

I believe it might be time for a beverage and a snack now. Wife just made bread this weekend. Yum!

BTW, it is the easiest recipe on earth and makes great bread. http://www.aresrocket.com/bread/  Cook it in pre-heated cast iron dutch oven.

It's well worth the effort to troubleshoot, Martin. I've been pretty lucky to not have many problems with it.

Well there you go. If Dixie can't get it to work , then I don't find it so bad that I gave up.

On this particular planet, we generally BAKE our bread, we don't cook it as such...

Not necessarily T. Johnny cake , corn bread, and many other "pan breads" are actually "cooked" rather than baked. If you'll notice , the recipe calls for "cooking it" in cast iron. It's the heat from the pan , rather than the air (which is the medium in baking) that makes this a "pan bread".

Martin, i may not know what is your feeling, and i understand you need a beer/tea/coffee/drink,
but are you not pleased that Josh' is comfortable when ON you ?

Not when I want a brew

You're SOL, Dixie, sorry. It's in CODEX DADUS. You're not to move from your position with a sleeping infant on you.

Isn't there a match on?

There was, Blackburn vs Spurs. Luckily he woke up

Lucky indeed! That might have required professional attention.....

Baking is a subset of the larger 'Cooking' umbrella. No contradiction there whatsoever.

I had some troubles early on too on Vista 64bit. Let me know if you have a similar config and I'll share my secrets.

Oh....and BTW, do make sure you aren't pulling the idiot trick I did by trying to run Witp tracker on an AE game. AE tracker is totally separate.

Well, had to reinstall Windows. That was irritating...

I've heard that if you looked up "irritating" in the dictionary, it'll have the Windows logo for a definition.

I'll need something to keep me sane......and prevent me from committing homicide!

So when are you going to break down and start doing PBEM's again?

Hopefully, soon.

I'll look forward to it. Perhaps someday I can get a rematch on our earlier vanilla WITP games?

Do you really want to play that after seeing the glory that is AE?

How/what on are you writing this?

I have this mental picture of Martin laying on the couch, baby on top of Martin, nice, warm laptop on top of baby.

Have Simon come 'round and do it. He can type in that link that you wanted at the same time.

I wonder, do British squid make "navy tea" as vile as our make "navy coffee"?

I thought making tea and typing things into your search browser was Simon's job?

I'm trying to convince the world that is the truth, eventually so many people will think he's my butler that he'll end up believing it's the truth
