Status: offline 		What is the significance of Private cashflow? Doe it factor in to the empires bottom line, or is it there as an indicator of something?

Status: offline 		Yes it is very important because that is where you derive your tax revenue. Press F12 and you will see that you get the tax percentage of the private revenue.
