I've only had this happen in one game so far, and it was using patch 1.01 so maybe its been fixed (It happened right before I updated to 1.02).

Anyway, the gist of the bug is that for some reason, every time I upgrade any research lab using the upgrade button, it will rename the research lab from whatever I named it to "Starbase". Anything else that I upgrade works fine, and all other aspects of upgrading work as well.

I uploaded the savegame as richieelias-upgradebug.dwg
