After a turn when I have loaded a save...The operations report displays alot of messages about changing units at the bottom. It only shows these things after a loaded save. Any of the subsequent turns do not have these messages...Any ideas as to if I have a problem?

Let me edit since my initial point was not taken by poster #2 in the aspect I had intended.

Have any other players seen this happen in their reports?

You are probably seeing the list of resurrected fragments.
They shouldn't be there. This is the 'reorganizing fragment' bug source.
