2 Times now a Sub has made a issue in our game.

I get msg in combat repl. AX xxx Spots SS xx on the surface.. and then the "navy screan" get "stuck".
Oppon. say he use 2 SS pr TF, can this have any effect or is this other bugg ? Only us having it or others also ?
