I have been monitoring the supply situation @ 2 cities in China. These cities are Sian and Nanayang. For the past 8-10 days (since i started monitoring) the supply @ both of these cities has remained constant (80 in sian and 20 in nanayang). Sian is particularly alarming as i have 24k resources and 60 light industry so they should be making their own supplies. I am building forts in both places have have 3k+ AV @ both location. My PBEM opponent has been bombing Nanayang. Originally i thought i was just using up or drawing any new supplies @ both locations but given the supply has stayed the exact same for 8+ days i thought this might be a bug. Has anyone seen this before? Is this a bug? I cant do anything to make the supply go up or down.

Thanks in advance.

ebrig,

Welcome to the forum. There isnt nearly enough supplies for China to treat them as you do the rest of the game. You need to turn off most or all training, air missions, fortifications, and do very limited offensives. Build up supply reserves and consume them with purpose. You also need to use air supply and early land transport up the rangoon supply path.

The supply you cite probably is being produced and immediately consumed or distributed due to the lack of overall supply and useage in the field.

I agree that the supply is being consumed during the turn. Get Tracker to work and look at the change in devices for units. I had 2 LCUs near Sian take 12 new devices last turn and Sian still has 20 supply.

I have something rather weird going on.  I recently re-captured Hanchow (the coastal city furthest east in case my name is wrong) and originally I found a few thousand fuel and some thousands or so resources there.  In the past few turns 20,000+ fuel and 90,000 resources have shown up in this city.  Is there some reason for this??  I have no idea where this "bounty" is coming from but would rather is was elsewhere.
