Playing as the Allies in the Grand Campaign and I have reached 1st July 1942. I am supposed to withdraw a number od air groups. All but two of the groups were withdrawn or disbanded wihtout problem. Two of the groups in Pearl Harbor have the disband and withdraw buttons greyed out. What am I supposed to do? Is this WAD? Thanks in advance for your help.

check to see if there are unit fragments elswhere on the map. Make sure you have the required number of pilots...equal to the assigned planes - not current planes.

Thanks. It was unit fragments. I did not realise that there were unit fragments in San Francisco.
