The percentage displayed while targetting an enemy unit only considers: Targetting value Stabilizer value Range Finder value Range to target Target Size Target Speed (?) and that the final results after firing are further based on: Target Stance (Advance, Defend) Terrain in the target hex Target Orientation (Slope, Hull down, Side, Rear, etc) I'm not clear on when Target Speed effects are calculated. It would be good to know if the displayed hit percentage included that factor. If, one the other hand, Target Speed is Not taken into account before firing, it could have a substantial affect on the final outcome. Anybody know for sure? :)
