PBEM, scen 2, latest hotfix

As I was collecting a screenshot for the other thread I've noticed something else as well. The 21st IMB has changed its TOE to a totally wrong one (upper part IJA para regiment (?), lower part its normal one) but it must have happened some time ago as all the recent saves show the same corruption. IIRC it does not have any TOE upgrade scheduled so this is definitely not wanted.
