I have the same thing. Except his name is O'Connor. Happens every turn. Poor guy is getting depressed.

Mine is Bateson, R.N. He gets reassigned every turn (or nearly every turn). Since it is only one guy I don't worry about it too much... (I hope it's only the one guy mentioned who is caught in this AE version of Groundhog Day).
