Did I read that Matrix Games will no longer continue to develop
SPWAW or was it just a nightmare I experienced? If they will continue to be involved in SPWAW development, does anybody know if there are any plans to introduce a modern version?
Thanks!

Heh, I guess this is one for our staff members, but as far as I heard, Matrixgames will put their full effort into making Combat Leader: Cross of Iron the best game there is.

I'm convinced that it will also turn out that way. :D

That means no more development on SP:WAW. We have the final version in our hands. Right? Or would you guys consider sharing the source code? :p

Matrix is finished with SPWAW, the only thing left is the last Lost Victories patch which is still in testing. All efforts are being focused on Combat Leader. Combat Leader because it is being created from scratch is going to be an open ended to allow future incorperations of Modern modules. The initial release of CL will contain Germany vs Russia (1939-1945 I think)with continued development in other country modules and battle creations.

Heh, why don't ya check out the official site? :D

It's gonna be turn-based sp type gaming.

Why do you need a patch for 7.1?

You can get the updated OOb's from both The Armor Site and Tankheads SPWAW Resources.
