I have the same problem. Only automatic features currently in use is: Colony Tax Agent Recruitment Troop Recruitment Agent Missions - Full auto Treaties - Suggest new treaties Now, am I wrong, or does declaring a war drop you rep some? I think I read it somewhere that is does, anyways, attacking someone without being at war does it for sure. So .. keep declaring war for each planet taken, tedious, and drops your rep unnecessary. Also, if I start taking potshots at my neighbor, I don't expect the feud to be over until someone at least say "I'm sorry" .. So, forgetting or, "forgetting" (aka cba) to re-declare the war again hurts your rep badly. Makings everyone else think you're a bastard, which again makes it harder to keep trade open .. yada yada. Tedious. Leader: So, general, why haven't I had any news from the front lately? General: Front, sir? Leader: Yes, the front general. We declared war on Dhayut Sovereignty last month, have you forgotten? General: Of course not sir. But we took one of their outlying colonies last week, so we settled with that. Leader: ... General: Sir? Leader: .. after 7 months of Dhayut paid pirate raiding on our shipping lines from THREE pirate bands, and the destruction of 2 colony ships, you settle for a useless fringe colony far out of our own territories? WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW!? General: .. uhm .. Leader: This isn't over! And general, .. I mean private, you just volunteered for the spearhead contingent in the next invasion! Secretary! Fetch me the diplomat and a new general! Trade Sanctions seems to stick tho.
