One notices, if one plays with the OOB eitor a little (or does the right things during scenario editing) that by and large, the weapons list doesn't vary too much from one OOB to another. At first, I thought the weapons list didn't vary at all, but a little experimentation last night looking for a unit to turn into something else I observed that they do vary. For example, in slot 85 in many of the OOBs one finds Sticky Bomb. However, it's a Molotov in the Soviet Union OOB. The slot for the Jorgensen Rifle in the Norwegian OOB is a Quad 0.50 cal AAA gun in others. I guess the question I'm looking to ask is if one puts aside the fact that such widespread alteration would play havoc with the published scenarios, would it be possible for every OOB to have a complete complement (245 or whatever the limit is) of distinct weapons?
