1/43 has 20 anti-soft attack and 5 anti-armor, 12/41 has 22 anti-soft and 5 anti-armor. In 1943 IJA has worse weapons than in 1941 ?

A wild guess - maybe the 1/43 squad has fewer men than the 12/41 squad ?

The weaponry stayed essentially the same (i.e. indifferent to bad) throughout the war, but the manpower pool shrunk, so the IJA had to lower the number of men per squad.
