Should i put an experience pilot with what experience of a group unit?
Whats the best? To put a very experience pilot by example at a group experience 40 or higher or lower experience?

I think its the leader of the group that matters most. Put a leader with high leadership in the group and your lower skilled pilots will get better faster.
As for non-leaders with high experience I ship them off to TRACOM for later. Its like a bank savings account for pilots later in the war when you really need them.

I use them to shoot down Japanese airplanes. I don't think the Allies really run short of pilots in the pool and even if they are accelerated by the 80 exp pilots they still come on as replacments with 25-35 exp depending on the nationality. It might be a different story for Japan and there might be a real need to accelerate training.

I got a few in tracom but I am just waiting for some 2nd generation aircraft to come on line and they will go back into the fight.

I was thinking of putting all my tracom able pilots into stateside training squadrons. 1 80xp pilot per squadron. The returns in on map training are probably more valuable then accelerating the countless no skill ground divers you get out of the pools.
