Hi all,

I downloaded this game, patched to 1.60, 1.70 and 1.70 Hotfix.

When I play the tutorial the game begins with the map centered on Berlin. There are no units on the map, no tutorial text or sound, and I can't purchase any units.

Is this a bug? Is the tutorial implemented? How do I fix it?
