Is there any way to model something like a V-1 (Fieseler Fi-103) or even a V-2?

Not as anything other than an aircraft, and that would be stretching things to beyond breaking point. You can't make a land weapon that shoots outside the hex its unit is in.

thx. i knew about the range issue for ground units. is logical with the ground combat model AE uses. aircraft would be an approach. will try to make an unarmed, 0 crew aircraft :-) carrying a single GP bomb.
