Using Windows XP Professional, 512M RAM, and GeForce Ti200 with Detonator drivers 6.13.10.2942.

I am currently playing Scenario 17 (Decision in the Pacific) and the game is currently crashing on me every turn now. I'm playing as the US against Japanese computer.

I am not sure what is causing the crash to desktop but I do have a TF unloading an amphibious force at Lae. As soon as I hit End Turn and it goes to resolve the night turn, I hear a small explosion and then the game crashes to desktop.

I'll reload the scenario and try again and the same result. Very frustrating since I'm unable to play now.

I do have the savegame if you want it.

Same here and I´m playing same scenario (17). Date is 15.1.1943 and when pressing end turn, the game crashes to desktop. It waits for a while and then crashes. Always same date.

I have tried different savegames but no difference.

Comp is. P4 16, TH7-II, 256 rimm, gf4. Patch is 1.20

Until now the game worked fine without no crashes, but this seems to be serious since it crashes always at same spot?

Help please?

have you guys run other software/games run that long and had other crashes occured ? just asking, because I tend to have crashes on other games too if one game does not work properly

Nope and I even rebooted. I also play in US. side like topic starter. Next time I will change all maneuvers that I initiated in that fatal turn and we will see if that helps.

Its really shame, cause I played this game with my C64 and I loved it.

Offtopic: The accuracy of spotting is far too great. Modern spy satellites would be jealous. I have never been able to move with out beeing spotted by enemy plane and neither has the enemy.

It seems that South pacific is too small for vessels since suprise seems to be rare event in this game. That spoils overall game balance alot.
