Cool cars above. The 109 should have been parked behind the Spit though.

I'm currently reading "Day of Deceit." Very interesting. Anyone else read this one?

caught the second half of "Black Hawk Down" last night....what a FUBAR operation that was! i know there was some controversy over the portrayal of various groups in the movie (the Somali's, the Pakistani's and the Malaysian UN forces) but D*MN that Ridley Scott can make an action movie!

The attack on Pearl Harbor, and the likelihood that FDR knew about it. Seems quite compelling.

Morning chaps   It's the first full day of some leave for me   I took some leave to spend some time with Clare for our anniversary, imagine my delight to find the mother-in-law was coming to visit

Still, at least it's a free babysitter if we want to go out   And I've got plenty of time to play around with my Arakan scenario now.

Starting from bare metal is always fun. Did I mention I have to build the SQL back end too?

I use VMWare Fusion on my Macbook Pro. There are several other options, including Parallels Desktop.

I'd recommend going with the Bootcamp option over Parallels. + the former is free and performs better.

Its probably the book that has been "proven wrong" by Internet historian (wannabes) more time than any other book in human history.
