when using the expansion planner I still noticed that stations, and even ports are sometime coming un-attached from the planets,

I am using latest version, skipped the last update, thought I'll wait for a bit, I heard great things about this patch but I'm very surprised that this old....very old issue still remains.

does other players not use the expansion planner for queuing or directly using the construction order within the planner it self, as I have not seen other issues such as this one being reported.

or should i reinstall my game,

I'm using startrek mod 1.4a mod by the way,
