ADB, I wasn't aware of that. If that's true that's good as multiple sub invasions isn't really historical.... but if they're allowed and my opponent asked for them against my advice I'm not above taking advantage of that ;-)... I'd be glad if one can only run 1 or 2 of them at any time though. Question though: Wouldn't such a limit cripple Japan late-war when it has a fleet of transport subs running supplies to far-flung bases? Only one of the two BB TFs actually made contact with the enemy and when Idaho and Mississipi went into action for the first 5 or 6 rounds the Mississipi somehow had to fight the 3 IJN DDs alone.
