Status: offline 		I've just started playing The Grand Campaign again in WaR, and when I reached the first battle in Krinkelt-Rocherath I'm getting crashed back to Windows every time I select "Start" after the deployment phase. This has happened to me once in a while before, but usually if I restart the game everything is okay. This is consistent.

Save game is attached.

Status: offline 		I didn't when I first encountered this, but I just installed it (been away all week so just getting to it), and the same crash still occurs.

It's fine until I get to the Krinkelt map.
It was working fine untill I put in a new graphics card GTX460.

there are reported issues with this card.  4XX series.

We have reported them to nVidia but so far no response.. we are currently working on a workaround.

Are you playing the patched game?

Can you play at differnt screen resolutions in windowed mode?

Thanks for the response.
Tried all resolutions, still couldn't get the game to start on this map.

I have patched the game with update.
reinstalled the game as well.

I don't seem to have an option for windowed mode though, all other CC games I do.

Have started the game 5 times with the same result.
I am positive it's a problem with the graphics card being installed.
It was working OK before this.
Will wait for nVidia fix.

VERY Frustrating, have not been able to finish a campaign
I am up to day 7 and keeps crashing.
Also all my saves are now the same map, same day. yet they weren't before.

Status: offline 		jjjback can you indicate what screen you were looking at when the crash happened? Also what were you doing at the time of the crash if anything? Also please attach your saved game file for us to look at. Were you running any mods? Have you done any modding? Anything else that will help us replicate the events leading up to your crash on our end will help.

I was just about to begin a new battle. It was Leidenbord map day 7 I am the Allies.
Just after the force pool screen it says Americans attack.
I click next and then the screen crashes.
I never Mod great games.
I still think it comes back to the GTX 460 problem, although patch seemed to fix that.
Never had problems with CC games before.
