TURN 20:

The Chinese took one of my cities in the East but I'm driving my forces that way so I don't expect them to last there long.

More interesting to me at the moment is the northern front where Germany is pushing hard into the Turkish left flank while I push north. The Turks have pushed through my line with one of their armor but you can see between me and Germany they are nearly cut from their supply.

As can also be seen in the mini map in the right Germany has split Turkey in two. With me coming from the South and west and Germany from the North and East, I think the Turks will be in real trouble very soon. Then I just need to worry about Germany. :-/

TURN 21:

The Chinese made a mistake by leaving their HQ undefended in a forward position.

I don't plan on wasting the opportunity to rid myself of it!

On the Western front things are Also looking very good for me at the moment.

Pushing the Turks back on both sides. That plus the German push is making things very difficult for this Regime.

TURN 22:

Things are still going smoothly. The Turks are nearly surrounded by me and the Germans, and they're losing more ground on the Western front. Oh, and I forgot to mention, I bought the fighter technology a few turns ago. :)

TURN 23:

On the Eastern front I've recaptured my city and continue to make progress towards the port city once and for all.

I can't really tell if the Chinese have anywhere else besides their single city on their home island. It's hard to tell on the mini-map since I made them almost the same main icon color as Germany. I'll have to remember not to do that next time around. :)

TURN 24:

I'm still pushing the Turks back as well as the Chinese on the Eastern Front. But I'm a little concerned to discover the Germans have Medium Tank II already and all I have is Armored Car and no Anti-Tank units whatsoever:

On the PLUS side I have already begun building my air-force and I see no evidence of the same from either Turkey or Germany. Soon I'll get the Bomber technology and those Medium armor better watch out! In the meantime I purchased the AT gun to protect against the German's tank regiments.

TURN 25:

While the Northern front remains in contention the eastern and western fronts are going quite well. The Eastern front in particular you can see that the Chinese are cut off and low on reserves as my forces continue to push towards the port.

Similarly the Turks are cut off in the Western front and with their attention focused on fighting me and Germany on their south flank I doubt they can mount a serious defense at this point.

TURN 26:

The northern front is holding strong and I'm making progress into the Turkish interior as well as German territory. I am just outside the German city of... Porkeen? Ummm... hehe

Anyways, here's a visual to get an idea of where things are heading.

My plan is to continue on the western front and demolish the Turks so I can begin to build up a front on the Germans to eventually push them into the Ocean... just like I'm doing to the Chinese at the moment! :)

TURN 27:

This turn started with a summary that included more opponent losses then losses on my side for once. Also it looks like the Turks are pushing through in an attempt to outflank me but they have left themselves over-exposed to counter-attack.

I also finally laid siege on the Chinese port on my shores and although I took a number of expected casualties in the attack I also heavily damage his remaining forces in the city. Without further reinforcements from the Chinese mainland I expect I will take this city next turn.

TURN 28:

I've finally broken through the Turks western front and connected with my forces on the Northern front.

I just don't see how the Turks can hold out much longer.

TURN 29:

Finally, on Turn 29, I've capture the Eastern Port on my mainland, beating back the entrenched Chinese in a vicious battle. Alas, they had nowhere to retreat so they were completely eliminated.

Now I've started production of cargo ships so I can start preparing for an attack on the Chinese mainland and eliminate that regime once and for all.

TURN 30:

In addition to cutting off the Turks, I've begun to spearhead into German territory to split their forces in two.

This should make it more difficult for Germany to make a concentrated attack on my forces. On the other hand I'll be fighting on two different fronts, but so far I've manage to be successful in that so I'm willing to risk it. Germany now is the biggest force on the map so the more I can do to disrupt their forces the better.

TURN 32:

I got some new technologies to keep up pace with the other regimes.

I also purchased the cruiser technology to support my ships as I prepare to attack the enemy regimes island strongholds.

TURN 34:

I've split the German forces this turn with a long drive through their eastern flank.

With any luck, I'll be able to hold this and tighten the noose on my way towards their capital.

I also finally landed an amphibious assault on the closest Turkish island but I may have under estimated their forces.

So I don't make that mistake again in the future I decided to create some air units to perform recon and eventually to conduct air strikes before landing another force on the island.

TURN 36:

I started this turn with some interesting information. There's a result that I haven't seen before (AS kills) which are quite high.

If that's what I THINK it is that means I killed 439 enemy infantry with Air Strikes?! If that's true I can definitely see what people were talking about regarding the importance of air power. Wow.
Hmmm I looked it up in the manual and it might actually refer to Anti-Supply. Maybe the fact that infantry “casualties” are listed means that 439 enemy infantry were affected? I'm not really sure what it means. I couldn't find AS Kills specifically in the manual. Can anyone comment on exactly what this means?

Meanwhile, the Turks are fighting hard for their city named... “Outer”? Alright who's coming up with these names??? Anyways, it's been a back and forth fight. They're digging in and won't give up without a fight.

TURN 37:

Not surprisingly the Turks have repelled my amphibious assault.

Still producing an air wing to try and handle that. It's just not going to be as “quick” as I thought. So in the meantime I think I'll transfer some units out of that city to help on the north front where my lines are getting a little thin.

Here's a look at the overview map.

Interestingly Germany is now on the decline while Turkey is starting to regroup and cause me quite a bit of trouble. I'm at a stand still now on my northern front and I can't get any foothold yet on their island.

TURN 38:

Things have stalled a bit on the northern front. The Turks are really dug in and I'm having a hard time getting enough units there to make a dent. I'm also having some supply problems which I'll hopefully rectify with more supply producing city and more engineered roads.

TURN 39:

I decided to finally start using my bombers so I could start making progress on the northern front. I know this will ensure the opponents start making anti-aircraft weaponry but I feel that my air force is now strong enough to handle it.

In my first use of bombing I managed to wear down the armor guarding the Turkish city of “Outer” and take it back.

TURN 40:

I made another amphibious landing on the Northwest island owned by Turkey and I'm realizing just how strong air support can be.

With their armored forces severely reduced I'm hoping this next landing is more successful than the last.

My island assaults have begun. I've landed on the Chinese coast and it's obvious they are sending forces towards mine as well. I already fought off the first wave but more are coming... including a force of Germans it appears.

I also took over the Turkish city on the western Island, but not surprisingly their navy is better than mine with the Cruiser II units already afloat.
