I had one fleet consisting of only a troop ship. After unloading it's troops on a neutral colony i sent it to the nearest spaceport. Soon afterward i sent it for more troops and i got an "unhandled exeption" with this as details :

The game continued to work afterward though, not sure if anything bad happened from this so i restarted the game and resumed from a save (fortunately, only a few minutes earlier).
