When playing against the AI, If I choose to use the Option "Upkeep Costs", is the AI also saddled with upkeep costs? Also, if I choose no upkeep costs, does the AI have no upkeep costs as well?

Sorry, I missed this thread somehow. I guess I took off 24+ hours from the forum and it was no longer boldface.

Anyway, the AI functions under the same rules as the player, so if you're paying upkeep costs, so is the AI.
