What was in your sarnie, btw?

Need my English to English translation book again.

sarnie = sandwich

It was turkey, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper on a wheat bread half sub.

Be sure to take your laptop so you can play AE and update the World's Worst AAR while you are waiting for the end of the innings.

It might get damages in the stampede in the stadium....or the brawl in the parking lot afterwords.

Agreed. That Biggus Dickus humor is limp. It's been rode hard and put up wet. A flaccid attempt to shake a few laughs out of the audience...

Title of the Day: The 13th Spy written by Valarie Moolman in 1965.

An American agent crashes into the display window of the GUM department store in Moscow. His dead body is full of poison, and his briefcase contains every secret of value to Russian Intelligence, typed out on paper from the American embassy. Worse, some of the information has also turned up in secret files in Peking. In order to discover the leak and the people behind it, the Russians demand American aid, accusing them of the leak. Enter Nick Carter, disguised as Mark Slade, minor agent, disguised as Ivan Kokoschka, novelist. After many near misses, he discovers the Brothers Twelve, a ring of Chinese agents, using a miniaturized light-activated listening device literally drawn onto a painting, to gather secrets.

I love Edward McKay!  "Used books and more..... we feed your head."

You've had that one for a while, Scott.  Paperbacks go for $.50 these days at EM.

I wonder if that nice agent Slade is helping that poor woman find the thief that stole her clothing. Looks like he's waving his "pistol" at the offenders.

By the way, where is Peking anyways? Don't find that one on any maps these days.
