Martin requests a Copenhagen setting. The mission is to go to Copenhagen and keep an eye out for Soviet sub activity. But their nuclear sub Lenin disappears.

Copenhagen - Norwegian

Well, Historiker-it says he travelled to Copenhagen. If he's parachuting into Norway, he had to board a plane somewhere prior to the drop, eh? You don't think he left in his jump clothes from the US, transitted Copenhagen in jump suit as if nothing was the matter and THEN jumped in Norway, do you?

Please try to keep up...

Been with friends at a beach house on Topsail Island, near Surf City, North Carolina since Thursday. Bedroom faces the ocean. Large pool and three hot tubs. 96 inch screen for watching football Sunday! Beautiful weather. Break out the rum. Not leaving until Monday or Tuesday.

THAT'S what I'm talking about!

I don't care what libation is involved, that sounds pretty darn nice...

By the way, this Nick Carter guy bugs me. For being an 'all American', he sure carries on with that Luger. Why not a 1911 .45ACP? Not good enough for 'ya? Fine-how about a Browning hi-power 9mm if you've got to go with the parabellum?

Poseur...

....I should probably butt out.

'Japan' was a probable retread of another player that got banned for being offensive. Helmut is the admitted reincarnation. I thought that this sort of behavior (reincarnation after banning) was explicitly prohibited. I should probably either PM the mods directly or STFU...

Maybe the ban was for a certain length of time?

Well, judging by the looks of him, he definitely got older. Maybe his gun doesnt work as well as it used to so she brought her own. Someone needs to get the job done, right?

THAT'S what I'm talking about!

Was it Wasp that took three fishes last turn, Mike?

Can't remember right now, as I'm into my second rum after a couple of beers at the hockey game tonight.

Drowning my sorrows.

One for the road...Title of the Day: The Weapon of Night. Written by Valerie Moolman, published in January 1967. Nick is paired up with three foreign agents. Julie Baron (Run, Spy, Run and Fraulein Spy), Valentina Sichikova (The 13th Spy) and Hakim Sadek (Safari For Spies).

Trivia: Julie will return two more times before being cut from the series. Hakim will make one more appearance. After this title, it will be very rare to have a reoccurring character(s) until after 1976.

Well, yes, but what happened to Nick Carter? Looks like he's been replaced by a blonde Limey with an early 80s Limey mullet. Not that there's anything wrong with that...
