Well, here I am having to say that not all ex-things are wicked witches of the west all the time. I'm on my new, red hot laptop that was a left over.

"Darn it, John, work gave me this but it is just too big and has too many lights and buttons, and I just don't know what to do with it so should I just put it in the Goodwill pile?"

"Sure ... toss it on the pile. I've got a laptop, too, maybe I could use it and replace it with mine. I'll take a look and see."

So we look, I fire it up and it wanted passwords, and she couldn't remember, after all that was a year ago. She tried three or four, and nothing happened, and she decided "I really don't want to deal with this; you want it, it's yours".

Being strong, silent, and reasonably smart, I says "ok - probably won't work for me, but I'll see what I can do."

Woof!! Top o' the line Toshiba P25; 3 GHz Pentium 4, 2 Gig RAM, wide screen, n-vidia G-Force driver, damn, my desk top is lookin pretty pathetic. So I took it out of the Goodwill pile, loaded my stuff on board, and went for a ride. Ok, I'll dump the old Presario off to Goodwill.

From my favorite album of all time.

My favorite tune is his version of Hendrix's "Little Wing."

I'm going to go put it on quietly now, as my Love is asleep.

"When I'm sad, she comes to me
with a thousand smiles, she gives to me free.
It's alright, she says, it's alright,
Take anything you want from me,
anything."

Jimi was a genius and a poet.

Sting's version is like a dream. If you are in love with someone, anyone, it speaks to your heart.

Yuri, now, at least one good thing has come of the poor remake you heard. Thanks for posting, my Brother.

And yet the clouds loom for you and Steve, Mike. You two are in for a world of hurt soon. Enjoy life-while you still have it.

Good point. Mike will be seeing plenty of dead men (under his command) soon. Please cut the old boy some slack and give him some eye candy!
