Will it also run on a Atom Netbook? I'd be surprised, but it never hurts to ask. I just got a pathetically slow, but ultra long lasting battery netbook and it would be nice to use it on a long plane ride.

I'm going to buy a netbook in the next few weeks (so that I can have internet next time I get to saint Petersburg ;)
What are the requirements for the game to run smoothly?

Also thinking about upgrading my desktop by adding some memory. What are the requirements to get the thing working?

I have a netbook.

I bought it to take travelling.

I chose a Windows based netbook so I could play some wargames when the wife wasn't looking.

The thing is so slow I would recommend against getting one.

And if you are taking a device travelling and that device cannot play wargames - then the iPad is the best device.
