Check out Bouganville. You can sail TF's right through it. There's a blue hexside.

Yup, that's an old one too. It's confirmed for being on the list, but I'd think with a rather low priority.

And then I've found another example. The small island just south of Luganville 'supports' this as well. The hexside 53,55 - 54,54 should be green or red, but not blue.
