Can't connect to Combat Net Server - 12/9/2000 6:14:00 PM

Today and yesterday, the 8th & 9th, I've been trying to connect to Combat Net but I always get stuck on the "Connecting to server" message. Is anyone else having a problem? Is the server down? Previous to the 8th, I never had had any problems connecting and playing online. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been having same problem past couple days, it just hangs on the "connecting" screen.
