If it is true that Ground radar does not work, then this has a massive effect on gameplay.

I wonder if AE team intend to make a Hotfix or Patch to fix this, and if so +/- how long until it is fixed?

Probably to early to tell, since it seems to be a transitory bug.

oh ok, so the Bugg is only active for a short period of time if I understand it correct.
Interesting bugg btw.

Transitory?

Both sides in my PBEM have suffered from it for 1,5 years gametime so far and it was consistent.
