I have been facing a problem in a BTR pbem game that I just started. Some of the raids that I plan simply don't take place during the execution phase. In the action report these raids show up as blanks (see screenshot)

As can be seen in the screenshot, raid #5,8,9,10,11 and 12 are shown as blanks. This is not a text/graphics problem as I can see in the 'Replay Turn' these raids never took place. This has now happened 3-4 turns in a row now with varying no. of riads going missing.

Has someone experienced this bug before? What do I need to do to avoid it?

Maybe cancelled raids due to bad weather?.

I've never played by e-mail, but in solo games you should get a message saying "Raid delayed" or "Raid cancelled", although it is displayed too fast most of the times if some action is happening somewhere else. It would be nice to get them a bit longer on display.

I'd second that. I would suspect that weather cancelled the raid. Problem with the play back message is that sometimes two event happen at the exact same moment and the message seems to pop-up for a micro second or not at all. I'd look at the weather at the launch bases and the form up points during the replay at the time the launches were due to occur.

Those are chanceled missions.
A mission can be canceled due to:
- weather above the home airfield
- weather at the form-up point

sometime a fraction of the raiding force will fly the mission (e.g. pathfinder unit at night, or a bomberraid during daylight without escorts)
sometimes the mission will be delayed for a few minutes or even hours...

thanks for the info!

i'm just relieved to know that it is not a bug and I won't have to restart/reinstall the game!
