http://www.sears.com/shc/s/dap_10153_12 ... rigin=zeta Lol great idea. Hey just cause their dead..doesn't mean you can forget the former family for the holidays. (CNN) -- Sears has the perfect appliances, electronics and fashions for the zombies in your life. Yes, that's right -- we said zombies. The venerable retailer recently launched a website for the undead at sears.com/zombies. The viral marketing campaign, just in time for Halloween, is most likely Sears' way of promoting its costumes and decorations. Sears' site, which features blood-spattered corpses in place of the living models who usually grace the department store's homepage, even offers a zombie gift guide. "Find something your zombie will love and drool over for ages," it says. The gift guide then invites customers to "check the appropriate box:" Is your zombie male or female? Is he or she slow, cranky, hungry or all of the above? And don't forget brain preference -- chilled, runny, boiled or a la mode? Toward the top of the page, in keeping with Sears' usual format, ads for clothing and jewelry are zombie-fied, too. Taglines say, "Revive your style," and "Accessorize like the living." One ad for sunglasses even features what looks like zombie language: "Nah brabram. Bargz bra!nz haarh." Our zombie translator is out of the office today, but we can only assume the tagline means something like, "Name brands and bargains." (Don't hold us to that.) Also, Sears is now carrying front-loading Kenmore washing machines that get rid of "brain stains" -- if you're in the market.
