Thanks for your patience in advance - I'm new here, but enjoying the game immensely.

My question is re:TRACOM. I'm Allies, campaign, it's very early '42. How do I get pilots into TRACOM? Do I need a certain skill level?/exp level before reassignment?? I am somewhat competent in the reassigning pilots to the pools, but I see no pilots in TRACOM, or ability to put pilots there. Am I missing a very simple step here?

I understand with the Allied hordes of pilots available, TRACOM/pilot training isn't really a necessary concern, but I am masochist for the micromanagement aspects of this wonderful game and thought this would be right up my alley.

you need at least 80 experience (or 81) to be able to move them to Tracom...

advise: DON�T do it anyway, no sense in doing for the Allied and IIRC someone said they wouldn�t have any effect for the Japanese either as the exp for replacement pilots is reset after going into a new year anyway or something like that... and even without a single pilot in TRACOM you still get messages of pilots being "accelarated".
