Using the "check for update" in the menu

The download seems to start and the window reports on download speed..but the little green bars never appear and the download never completes

I think you're sorted now you have the full patch?

Just purchased FOG. Can't download 1.33 patch. Getting no green bars on in game installer. Nothing happens when I try to install from Matrix site. What am I doing wrong and please help. Thanks.

There is a long pause as it initialises. Please be patient and you should be fine.
