Simply ingenious.

I copied the link from the OP.

http://janusmuseum.org/panabasis/kamikaze.jpg

Edit: Interesting: Now that I viewed it in a separate window, it shows up both in the OP, and in m10bob and Dixie's quotes of the OP. Even though at first I only saw a nondescript squarish icon, which is what I assume you folks saw.

Which is what I've seen in all the quotes as well. If I click the direct link I see:

Whoops, Jeff has to seek out his post on those who admire the efforts of the Imperial Japanese Empire.

What would be the reaction if he had swastikas on his wings and an SS cap?

Do you think that is a D4Y3 or an earlier model?

Must be Ben Affleck. He's clearly in an American aviator jacket, but has no problem flying any type of aircraft, foreign or domestic make.

Yeah, who does he think he would be, wearing a swastika: The Prince of Wales at some dress up?

As far as most of the population of East Asia is concerned, the reaction would be pretty much the same...

Rudolf,

Your banner is wrong. We have 57 states now. Everybody knows that.

By the way, good news on your pal Assange. Swedish prosecutors are dropping the sexual assault charges/broken condom allegation. They realized no jury would beleive he could find a condom small enough.

Without a doubt it's an early model.

Very original.

Since I don't have the depth of expertise of other forumites, I won't challenge this; but I would have guessed it more likely a very late war model, after resources and industry became hard to come by.
