Great job fletcher, as always. I have a question:( well..... i´ve a lot of.... but i don´t want to abuse your patience) When you atack the bases of northern Oz: Do you only have your group leaders with high experience/ skill and the rest are rookies.... or attempt to fill all aircraft with experienced pilots?. I say this because there is not much opposition and it would be a good way to train pilots. Igel, Don´t worry. it´s my pleasure. Take any question as you need if I can reply I will do it. About Northern Oz supress air strikes, the skill of my pilots are as high as possible. I am trying to not fly war missions with rookies. They must be performing training at rear, when they get a decent skill then will be sent to their first line units. (If trained pilots from IJAAF at Harbin have skills over 55-60 then they will sent to General Reserve and then to first line unit when requested). Usually I have a "second line" unit for AirDivision to perform training duties for the less trained pilots in this division (i.e., 3rd Air Division HQ at Burma have a Daitai at rearguard -Bangkok- for training duties with the less experienced fighter pilots, flying Ki-27b) You are right, I have no opposition over Northern OZ, but if one day appears americans over Katherine with experience pilots over P-40s ?.. I will lost a great number of pilots and machines. For the other hand training pilots in war missions is near a gamey tactic. In RL the training mission were flown at rearguard or home (I know this had not be possible at end of the war due heavy shortage of experienced pilots, but its not the question now at July 1942). quote:
Also i´ve a request. When you can....... Could you tell us how are your levels of resources / supplies, the production of aircraft / engine and your yards? I think you are doing very well and i can learn a lot..... I'm start diving into the "dark side" and i think it can be much more fun and interesting than the side of "light and democracy" Thanks & greetings Ok, I will post screennies from my Res/supply, and production to know more about my logistic status in this stage of the war. Thank you very much for your kind words, like ever. You will be ready to play the "dark side" when you will be able to resist the unresistable.. then you can take the japanese side and go ahead to the apocalipse :) You´re wellcomed !, Thanks a lot, and Happy Christmas With the Best wishes, Ramón
