My son
Mark Ball
is buying this game for me as a Xmas present.
He entered purchase details etc.
Purchase stuck at checking this purchase.
Never happened with the old system.
Help please.

If the order went to review, it means that something didn't match up between the entered information and what the anti-fraud/payment check said. This generally just takes a few hours to clear, he will likely get an automated call just verifying that he placed the order. If you would like us to check on it, please contact our Help Desk at http://www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk and we can try to speed things along.

The order will clear and you will get your game though.
