best greetings, i need some advice and info about logistics... at what level of logistics will do the wheater system "off-set", also, if i give more logistics, there will have an increase on troops in the frontline as far as i read in the manual, less attrition and more advantages as the bonus is set more high, but, if industry is not increased also, at last you can end without supplies, etc, in the frontline, well, of course, i are not taking in account the sure casualties that can come out by the combat in the frontline. is just that i are about to start some testing in my own (beta/playtest) scenario/s and about to set german logistics to 210% with soviet logistics around 260%, in resume, germans will get more replacements and the soviets will growth stronger faster, but is just i want to know if these settings may have some un-wanted "side" effect", i know the development+test team will have that information much better than me, and please, some advice can save me time and/or start a scenario in campaign without that advice may make left the game if some big un-wanted effect comes out, i know i are doing a very "rare" question here, as the editor manual, as you can see, gives low information about the logistics system, well, is just the needed information, but for a long scenario, the side effects may make unbalance for one side or the other. and my wish feature, may seem or look strange, but i will like the most if it are added in some patch... a) option, for customize, the wheater, or b) if not allowed to customize it, i will like very much to have a (option) to set off the wheater system. i understand it is completely un-historical, also i can realize this may go for more code and/or programming needed, so, i can realize, it can be much work for a feature that most of the users may/will not use, all i can argue, is only the argument that others world war 2 games have that option to disable the wheater from start, just i think it will be fun and enjoyable to be allowed to play the game with "mirror" matches 1-1 with/without wheater enabled. well, thanks for all previous advice, and thanks in advance for any advice that may let me know about the side effects of the logistics system, mainly about industry performance against higher logistics system, supply, fuel, ammo effects, and so on, anyway is a great game, really i guess i are not out of truth if i make the argument that, for this year, War in the East is just the best wargame released in 2010, well, for me overall, and overall in the market on his kind of setting, is only truth, i are not being biased or if i are biased i feel it right to be this way, have my best regards, Murat30/Alarick. (and i apologize for any english issue, please understand i are out of my native language with english).
