I would like clarification please on what exactly the term "need" means in the unit status:

Does it mean:

1. The additional number required to bring that element to 100%; or

2. The total number that represents 100%

Wonderful, immersive game, by the way.

The term needs is how much the fuel/supplies the unint needs to be at 100%. For example 1100/99 would mean that the unit needs 1100 and has 99 of the 1100 required.
