This is on Windows XP. If I click on the red "X" button on the top right of the window titlebar, the window immediately goes away without any "are you sure you want to quit?" message, but SST.exe continues running in the background, consuming an entire CPU. It is as if the game does not even realize you've closed the window.

I cannot reproduce this. I've tried from the menu, mid-mission, paused, unpaused, everything. The game certainly knows when you've closed the Window and it shuts everything down the same way as quitting any other way does. If there is something special I need to do to reproduce this, please let me know.

1. Click shortcut to launch game
2. wait for main game menu to come up
3. click the X on the right of the window titlebar

I just did some testing though and it only occurs if I have FRAPS running. If I turn off FRAPS, then it shuts down properly. So just some strange interaction between FRAPS and this method of exiting the game. No worries and thanks for checking.
