Is there a quick way to check on the construction status of a project other than through the Construction Screen (the "robotic arm" looking icon in the top panel)? Say I am building a star port on a colony. The icons on the left side, as well as the colony panel, show me what is being built there, but not the percentage of completion. The only way I've found to determine that is to go to the Construction Screen and click on the colony. Seems like there ought to be an easier way to track that information. Am I missing something?

I don't think there is one. The easiest is to look at project being build and see how many more components are unbuild.

Thanks. I saw after my post that others have raised this issue among the Wishlist. Seems like a tooltip could handle it.

Well, you con click on the incomplete project, and then double-click the info panel, and it will open up the ship/base's screen and look at what components are and arent complete. Not displayed as a percentage, though.
