Status: offline 		Cannot form tank corps with 3 guard units. Forming with 2 guard and one normal unit creates a normal tank corps.

Status: offline 		I can duplicate this from your save. I'll add it to the bug list. Looks like you can create non-guard tank corps if you use at least one non-guards unit.
