Status: offline 		There is no option to exspand the airfield Airfields shown at 4(1). There is an option for both the Port and fortifacation.

Status: offline 		This is because the airfield is at it's maximum level. It can not be built above the level between parenthesis + 3.

Your airfield has reached its maximum size -- +3 more than the number in parenthesis (1)
