Hello all, I just bought yesterday this game and I upgraded it to 1.03 today.
I played some turns as Japanese in the Pacific campaign.
Is normal that all japanese ships (but sub) are damaged at the start of the campaign?
Damage vary from 60% to 30%. I tried as USA and I saw that the US navy is intact (exept for the ships at PH :) )
I tried to edit the scenario to fix this but seems that damage at start is not implemented by the scenario editor.
Thank you for the responds.

PS: this is a very intresting game

EAch ship in the game is actually a group of ships, so what appears as damage at startup is actually 'under-strength.'

You can try the Rising Sun for a realistic game set up.
