I'm finding this a lil confusing.


Some air units will have more planes than pilots while others will have more pilots than planes.

When I withraw or disband a unit to equel em out this still makes the units lopsided.


Could someone please explain this to my dumbass?



(How was I to know when I put those crayons down in the second grade and quit school it would come back to haunt me?);)

Several people on other threads have commented that they think the pilot allocation system is busticated beyond repairification.

Matrix tells us that combat units (fighters, bombers, etc) will fill-out with pilots when you give them combat missions.

Me, I tend to ignore it and hope for the best...:D

Maybe it is trying to simulate military personnel systems?

Anybody spending any amount of time in the US military knows how screwed up that is.
