did i mention that you get to have TWO companions at a time in this version? AND, you get a special PERK from each of the 8 available companions in the game?

Actually, Alex has a hockey tournament in Atlanta this weekend, and I scheduled the days off before we knew Sara could get them off to go with him.  One of us will stay home to take care of our 4 legged friends instead of massive boarding costs.  I'll be THREAD Darned if I'm going to take vacation days off the work calendar after they are already scheduled!

Sounds like one of you needs to stay home and flip some turns. One of you. Hmmm....which should it be?

ETA: My daughter and your wife have the same name-spelling too. My son and your son have the same name-spelling too.

I will have a turn "flipped" about noon tomorrow, once I get them out the door and on their way.

Crashing now. Goodnight - Tithe.

Hi all,

let me use this thread to declare that I am by far the biggest NOOB on earth - at least game-wise

I guess I should play more Allies - their transport and load capacities are just a "little" different than what I am dealing with on a daily basis as Japanese

so, it's official now....

good morning! :D
just a small side remark - it says "Croatian" WWI Battleship - are we being seperatistic? - usually it's referred to as "SMS Viribus Unitis" - an Austro-Hungarian Battleship stationed in Pola/Pula Croatia

Well... when Austro-Hungarian empire crumbled the ships passed to new state and under that state and under Croatian flag it was sunk (not to mention that the only sea-faring population of Austro-Hungarian empire were Croats which made the bulk od sailors through all times of KuK navy)...

Earlier in the autumn, I showed you a picture of our summer place (with that "hockey creek" running alongside).

This is how it looks in winter

oh believe me, I am the last person to say something against Croatians.... - I decend from there....meaning one of my ancestors (back in the middle ages though ) was a Croatian seafarer (or shall we just call him "pirate"), and we've started out from there until we reached Austrian Nobility in the age of Napoleon...

I was just kidding concerning the dreadnought!
(I've seen the nice model in the war-historical museum of Vienna - quite a powerful navy in 1914 - had it been used PROPERLY!)

Beats me why the Russians would ever want to go to war with you guys. All of your stuff looks just like all of their stuff. You guys should have gotten together and attacked Hawaii or something.

Just kidding, of course. Its a beautiful place.

And the car is a Volvo, of course?
