I do have some nifty qualifications though.

Runs well in the dark. Bad teeth. Cannabalistic tendencies. Hates the sun. Did I mention bad teeth?

That's a lie and you know it! When did I ever imply I ran well in the dark?

P.S. As for the bad teeth, they might not glow in the dark but they're all my own work and no fillings

i think Mynok has picked up on the "orc" references from Mandrake's and Sprior's AAR...

Curriculum vitae . . . just a cool way of same resume.

Yes a CV is a resume. it says where you really went to school and what degrees you really got and for somebody like me it says who to call to see what courses you really took n=and how good you did. And it says what jobs you really had and when you had then and with what companies and who your boss was and who I can call to see if you were a lead or just a worker bee and they tell what security clearances you had and give the agencies, and they are good to identify a real applicant from a fake. And people like me really do ask and find out.

Got a need for a jack-of-all-trades IT guy over there?

The one thing I will say by way of example is I have done a whole lot more than is on my most recent resume. Accomplishments, major projects and such get purged in the interest of brevity. Yet if we spoke about 'have you done anything like this or that' the answer would be yes for many things that are not on the resume. BTW, which in no way means 'expert' at whatever just because I have done something, even if quite successfully. Of course, a too great percentage of alleged experts I have met are nothing of the sort.

Just trying to lower your blood pressure.

When I went for my current job I was told I was the only person who had been interviewed who could go through their whole CV/resume without having to look at it. I guess if it tells the truth you don't have to remember what it says.

All the chores are finished.  My family should be home to a nice, clean house in around 30 minutes, and we have pizza and a Hurricanes game to watch on the DVR for some quality family time.

Just curious. Are European resumes also supposed to fit on one page?

My sense of shame is overwhelming. I was raised Catholic so 'log defacement' may not have anything to do with it.
